Collection of Information. TCG collects information about you in two ways in connection with Sales Navigator. First, you may give us information when you download or register for Sales Navigator or one of its features (e.g., Sales Navigator Calling, Sales Navigator for Salesforce, Sales Navigator Schedule Optimizer). Such information may include personally identifiable information such as name, address, phone numbers, and email address, as well as information about your credit card or other payment method.
Second, when you use Sales Navigator, TCG may collect certain information about you and your use of the application. For example, TCG may collect technical data and related information, including but not limited to technical information about your mobile device, system and application software, and peripherals. TCG may also collect information about how you use the Sales Navigator application. If you have a calling plan and use the Sales Navigator Calling service to make outbound phone calls, TCG will collect information about those calls, including the numbers dialed and the duration of the call. TCG will not, however, obtain information about the contents of your calls.
Use of Information. TCG uses the information we collect to provide you products and services related to Sales Navigator, to bill and collect for services for which there is a charge (such as Sales Navigator Calling) and to provide related account information, to provide product updates and support, to communicate with you about Sales Navigator and the services we provide to you, and to prevent illegal activities, suspected fraud, or potential threats to our network. TCG may also use the information we collect in a form that does not identify you to improve Sales Navigator and related products and services (e.g., to develop and test new functions or features for the application).
Sharing information with third parties. TCG will not sell or rent your personal information with third parties outside of TCG. TCG will share your information with companies that provide services to us such as processing payments; in such cases, we do not allow those companies to use your information for any purpose other than to provide those services. We also may share your information when we have a good-faith belief that doing so is required by law, court order, subpoena or other legal process or to protect the rights or property of TCG, our employees, or our customers. If ownership of TCG or Sales Navigator were to change as a result of a merger, acquisition, sale, or other transaction, your information might be transferred. If such a transfer would result in a material change in the use of your information, you will be provided notice about the choices you have.
Security. TCG uses reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information, including the use of encryption for the transmission of credit card and similar personal information. The information is protected through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL). TCG handles credit card information in compliance with applicable PCI standards. The servers on which The Casey Group stores personally identifiable information are kept in a remote PCI compliant co-location facility that provides multi-layer security control procedures.
Changes to Policy. TCG may update this Policy from time to time, and so you should review this Policy periodically. If TCG makes a material change to the Policy, you will be provided with appropriate notice.
Effective Date. This Policy became effective as of July 21, 2014
