Optimizing Routes

Some tasks you just created may appear in red because they do not fit in the specified time frame. However, you can optimize the trip to see if when the trip is re-organized with the optimal route they can fit into your schedule.

To optimize, simply tap the optimize button and choose between three different optimization options: ‘Time’, ‘Distance’ and ‘Balanced’. Where, time favors the fastest route, distance favors the shortest distance and balanced combines the two.
